We have up to three suites available. Second floor includes two suites, 187 and 127 sf, plus an open loft/conference space, full bath and full kitchen [shared with other tenants]. First floor has one suite or conference room (two in total) a barrier-free restroom, and open collaborative/conversation space. Our office also features a large shaded front porch with patio furniture for lunches outside! Walking distance to downtown, LCC, the Lansing River Trail and Old Town's shops and restaurants.

Conference room has modular Herman Miller 'teardrop' conference tables/workstations and whiteboard wall with built-in bookshelves. Collaborative casual meeting space redecorated in 2011 with white walls and modern textile artwork.
