November 19 – Ann led a roundtable session at the Quality Fair, the Capital Quality Initiative's roundtable seminar.Ann led participants through her Quality in the client engagement process. Ann's key message: there are 12 points of information everyone should collect to ensure they have the right information for client projects. Only 3 are typically used in the RFP process (timeline, price and technical specifications).
